The creation USBC is closely connected with the newly established tradition of gathering all Maritime and Shipping experts, as well as their clients to a joint event on the Black Sea coast of Ukraine.
The first Annual Dinner included 124 participants from 11 different nations, including Ukraine, Russia, Greece, Cyprus, Belgium, Germany, Great Britain, France, Italy, Turkey and Latvia.
